Sponsor Licence Applications

Are you an employer looking to recruit workers from overseas? Have you previously employed European nationals who don’t have pre-settled or settled status and you now wish to offer them long term work in the UK? Pre-licence and Post-licence audits

Before you receive your licence the Home Office might want to carry out a pre-licence audit and we are trained to help prepare for the audit, including advising on the policies and procedures that need to be in place to satisfy the Home Office that you should be granted a licence. If you did not have an audit before receiving your licence the Home Office will, at some stage, want to conduct an audit at your premises to ensure that you are continuing to fulfil your duties and responsibilities as Sponsor. We would be happy to support you in preparation for a post licence audit, including attending at your premises and answering any questions the Home Office might have regarding your company and your procedures and practices. We understand how important it is to continue to meet the requirements to avoid suspension or revocation of the licence and can advise on the best way to ensure that this does not happen.

  • Sponsor Licence Applications – full advice and assistance with the application including one hour consultation if desired, follow up communication with the Home Office – £2500 + VAT = £3000.
  • Applications for Certificates of Sponsorship – £229.68 + VAT = £275.62
  • Sponsor Management Service – monthly service for existing sponsors with management of the Sponsor Management System including regular checks and guidance regarding specific amendments, additions or other work required in respect of their licence in addition to general advice  – £55.12 + VAT = £66.14.
  • Sponsor Licence Audits – £1929.37 + VAT = £2315.25.
